We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you choose to return an item, please follow the procedure below:

We accept returns for exchange or merchandise credit only for purchases made on soldemar.com website within 15 days of receipt. Please send us an email to  customer@soldemar.com for the instructions and mailing address to proceed. Please include your order number, complete name and the item(s) you want to return. For exchanges, please include the requested size. In case that we do not have availability, you will be granted the amount in merchandise credit that is valid for one year from the issue date and is accepted only for purchases on soldemar.com.

We can only accept returns for items that are in there original conditions with the tags and hygienic protectors intact. We would not accept products that have been worn, damage, laundered or return in a soiled condition. We are not responsible for any item that is damage, lost or stolen that does not reach our facility.
